Greatest and worst thing that happened to you in AC?

+ Colton moved in randomly as my 1st Smug. Genji turns out to be my favorite Jock (next to old-school Teddy). Beardo turns out to be my 2nd Smug, but his play on detective theme pertains to my interest in Ace Attorney games. Great progress in town, great layout, good ol' everything for my 1st town.
- Colton and Genji moved out while I was busy irl. Also learned that Town Tree keeps track of your town history. It was too obvious that I TT'd.
+ I reset town because of Town Tree records and lack of Colton and Genji, but gained Fang and Papi as starters (they became my well-loved villagers as I interacted with them, just like Colton and Genji).
- Permanent stones in new town's layout grinded on my nerves, but I tried to make do. Fine folks that they are, but Fang and Julian, AND the rest of the villagers have their houses placed next to the river, thus preventing me to build bridges where I like 'em.
+ Reset town and got a layout similar to my 1st town, and am enjoying it for what it's worth atm.
- Still miss my 1st town and old villagers who moved out or lost in town resets.
+ Learn to love Static's antics and laugh at poor Hippeux's love story.

It's a +1 experience thus far. xD

Oh no, I just learned about town tree records as I read this ! xc No wonder my tree shrunk ~ oh well maybe I'll restart soon as well cx I hope your luck improves and you finally get your town the way you want it ! c:​

Yea, I happened upon Chief in a dream town.. come home, Chief ! eheh. Thank you so much, I'm feeling the good luck vibes Yes at first I was pretty surprised when I saw all the love for Marshal!

You also have Joey! He is soooo adorable ~ Do you have any villagers that you like but their houses are in the wrong place? cx It happens to me quite often, and I end up selling villagers ;-;​

Best? I don't know. Maybe Beau's random move-in and perfect house placement.

That best moment is actually pretty good ! I adore Beau ~ and to have a perfect house placement is already pretty impressive cx Zell is cute though ;-; I can feel the pain ~ xc​

The worst thing is that I placed my police station in an awful spot. I didn't realize that I could not demolish it.
Sooo I restarted. I really wanted my first town to be my last but it didn't work out like that. :/

The best thing is that I met Charlise. My first uchi was Flo and she was NEVER home.
I could literally never find this dang penguin and then she moved so I never really got to experience an uchi.
One day Charlise was in my campsite. I thought she looked really precious.
At the time I didn't know that I could move villagers in so I passed her up.

Some time later I adopted her from someone on here and have been in love ever since.
She is by far my favorite uchi and maybe my favorite villager in New Leaf. (because Rocco isn't cranky anymore)

Aw! I wish the game had more options to customize for that issue, but glad you were able to make do c: Yay for you and Charlise c: And what do you mean by Rocco is no longer cranky? o:​

Well, I'm new to the community. This place has opened my eyes to all of the great things the game has to offer even beyond the playthrough experience! So I've just started to care about having certain villagers hehe.

I had Olivia, I really liked her. I know she's not in super high demand or something, but I thought she was great! Then, one day, she just moved away... For no reason. I hadn't played for like a day, I had talked to her in the days before and she never mentioned she was planning on moving haha. So sad... But the worst experience I had was definitely with Violet the gorilla. UGH, she just moved in one day, and would NOT move out. I played over 15 hours in 2 days just cycling constantly trying to get her to go. It just frustrated me so much that she wouldn't go, it made me sooo determined and I wouldn't play the game normally until she was gone. I was so close to restarting my whole game just cus I thought I would be stuck with her forever lol. Then, after I started trying to become her best friend ever, she FINALLY announced she was moving. Hallelujah I can enjoy my game again.

Then I had O'hare move in. He's so awesome! I love his little hat haha. And Erik was a camper, and moved in. Also adorbs <3
Although, O'hare moved RIGHT behind my house. As close as he could possibly be lol. Oh well.

Glad you at least actually liked a villager that isn't very loved in the community ! c: I can relate to the frustration about not being able to get someone out even by cycling a ton! Dx I also had the same reaction about it and wouldn't play as often ~ Glad i'm not alone on that cx I agree, O'hare is cute with the hat ~ I miss his cranky personality but his smug side is pretty nice c: Ugh and I can't even start about good villagers in bad placements, needs to be fixed in the next possible game >.<​

The greatest thing that happened to me was when Tangy popped into my campsite. It was Christmas the day before, and I had been having some of the worst body pains in my entire life. The day after, I had to get blood work done, and I'm horrified of needles, so it was like she was coming to tell me it was ok
The worst thing was when Phoebe got into boxes and was sent to the void without telling me ;-;

There is times I think I want to reset my town because it has awkward PWP placements but that means I must have someone trustworthy to hold all my stuff and villagers so I couldn't even bother with it.

The worst thing that happened to me is that I accidently corrupted my save file. I wanted do download a second digital copy on my second SD card because i didn't want to reset my first town again (I resetted many times). But when I saved the second town and put the first SD card into my 3DS again, there was an error message and my beloved first town was forever gone

The best thing that happened is when I finally found a new town. That was a gorgeous feeling. The layout is exactly the one I wanted (and I am VERY picky).

Lucky enough to get a great map and Merengue! cx It took me like 8 tries after restarting three times to get a decent map xD TTing is difficult to control sometimes ;-; and I prefer oranges over peaches ! xD​

Getting Diana's picture is pretty amazing I have a huge fear of losing a villager I love when TTing ;-; I can relate to wanting to reset and not having a trustworthy place to keep stuff, sucks right? Dx Wish towns were way more customizable than now.​

I was sort of unhappy with my town before (ugly dirt patches, 'cause I used to run around everywhere before I learned about grass deterioration, and wasn't 100% satisfied with the layout), and was thinking about resetting, but didn't wanna lose everything. But when I unlocked the dream suite, I saw that a lot of towns I visited had layouts I really disliked. And then I became much more appreciative of my town. xD I also grew some really pretty black tulips. ^w^

Worst:

Island is a definitely way to easily rack up bells! I get so frustrated with waiting for spawns though! cx You're super lucky to get Lucky the villager ;-; I've been trying to get him ever since I played! xD​

Best: HHA Houses that I've seen via StreetPass. It's allowed me to get furniture that I couldn't have gotten otherwise (DLC and such).

Worst: Club Tortimer. I can't stand the sudden d/c and tree-chopping. It ends up leaving me in a bad mood.

Dx I always go to the Mall of America but always forget to turn on my wifi switch, and whenever I do succesfully streetpass, the houses I get contain like 1 item I like each ;-; I hear lots of bad things about Club Tortimer ! xD Kinda glad I didn't experience yet quite yet ~​
