Buying Grassy new signature

I may love Ice Pok?mon, and Grass isn’t one of my favorite types, but some Pok?mon I find to be cute are Grass Pok?mon.

I would like a 700x180 signature featuring the following:

- My username in floral font
- My Nintendo Switch FC
- Oddish
- Hoppip
- Apples from ACNL
- Background looks like ACNL’s triangle grass from the dry season (aka, late July and August).

I would like Oddish on the left side and Hoppip on the right side, with my username in the center on top of a row of apples. Below that is my Switch FC.

I will pay 500 TBT to get this signature.

Actually, I think I can make a signature like this. If you want to make a better looking one (including drawing the Pok?mon), feel free to do so. I’ll still pay 500 TBT, but I’ll make a signature like what I requested.

Now here’s a question I have to ask. Would it be safe to use the images from Bulbapedia to put into my signature if I were to make it, or should I have to draw instead? I don’t know if using them for profile pictures (like a signature) would be a copyright violation.

If that’s not okay, I’ll pay someone to draw those two Pok?mon and my username and FC in floral font and I can put together my signature.
