Grass Patterns?

Does anyone know what the different grass/snow combinations are? I know star snow matches up with circle grass, but I'd like to know the other two. Thank you! :3

I hate square grass so, so much. I'm not even really sure why. XD I just passionately hate it...
I like circle and triangle grass though. The triangles remind me of little blades of grass, and the circles are cute.
