So Graham told me he's moving on the 20th, and I just finished my dream list yesterday. I believe some of the sloppy items in his house are still there-- not completely sure, though, since I haven't checked in a while. At the very least, I'm fairly certain he has the Sloppy Stereo, since I was never able to get him to ditch it.
