Aaa I'm so happy~ Today I finally completed my fourth fashion check and Gracie is coming to my town! My dead cartridge never had her show up, so now having her show up so often is really great! Quick question, though. How soon does she actually build her shop? I'm so excited to have T.I.Y. upgrade + Garden Shop but I want to know when. Is it a case of tomorrow they're gonna be renovating, or just over the next few days like Club LOL?

It takes three days to be built when all prerequisites are taken care of. You need to complete the last fashion check and have the second to last store opened for a month or more.
