Is getting her totally random? Cause I've been playing for a really long time and I haven't gotten her once! I've had T.I.Y opened for a while and I know I have spent more than 70,000 bells in the store, yet she still hasn't show up once! I really want to upgrade!

Are there seriously no tricks to getting her?

I time travel a lot too. She doesn't show up. I have time traveled day by day for a very long time and I'm serious I haven't seen her once.

I had a pattern where she would appeared twice, exactly one week apart from each other. Then she did not appear for a whole month until I had her again, and then she appeared twice one week apart then as well. I know that she does not start to appear until you have spent at least 70,000 bells at TIY

I just got TIY today. I have been hoarding clothes for Gracie for the last month. I really have no more room for anything else--no more closet space, no more room in the basement, no more room in any of the four museum exhibits I have (they're all clothes closets). I can't possibly wait another month for her to start showing up. I guess I'll just have to sort through all the clothes and keep one thing from each category and sell the rest.

You could sell the clothing that you used to pass her first assessment, then sell the clothing that you used to pass her second assessment, then sell the clothing that you used to pass he third assessment and then once you have passed the fourth assessment, you can sell it all as you will get T&T Emporium unlocked after the fourth assessment.

I think that's the requirement to get T&T emporium (along with the 4 fashion checks).
I really don't think there are any tricks to getting Gracie to show up. You just gotta wait and hope you have lady luck on your side.

I have a few key items from each catagory (except modern...if she shows up and wants modern I am in trouble) I read that you only need 3 pieces from each but I have a complete outfit for each and working on finding modern stuff. I have them separated in my closets and in the museum...I cannot wait for those fashion checks to be over so I can sell some and not have to put them in my closets all sorted out. I like dressing my characters and have to keep a list so I know what goes with each category...such a pain!!

I have searched my catalog for the modern items and it seems most are Gracie items...I have sunglasses, shoes and a shirt...I heard you only need three to pass but jeez they don't make it easy do they?!
