I wonder if anyone can give me some information about Gracie.

I have never seen her in my village and I have been playing since the game was released in the UK.

Are there special things you have to set up so she will appear?

You have to have your department store upgraded to TIY before she will begin showing up.

All you gotta do is have TIY. Shes random like any other visitor, though, so you could just be having bad luck.

I'm not too sure on this because I've seen different amounts, but I think you have to spend a certain amount in TIY before Gracie will show up.

I buy everything in the store everyday, so I don't think that the amount that you spend affects Gracie showing up.

I also have TIY but I've had it for aaaggeesss. Oh well I guess I will have to be patient.

I had someone tell me spend 100k. But I've also heard you just need TIY. Maybe my town was lucky because she showed up every week so I got the boutique pretty quick.

I've had Gracie come by once. That was a couple of days ago. She begins appearing when you get T.I.Y. The rate she comes by is the same as other random characters like Katrina.
