Gracie grace appearing question

I know that Gracie appears randomly. But, here is my question. Does she show up early in the morning and stay all day kinda like Crazy Redd and Katrina?

The reason I ask is due to my work schedule I am only on early in the morning and late at night. I don't want to miss her if she comes randomly in the afternoon.

Yea. She appears the same as Redd or Katrina.

Can she still appear and do the fashion checks after her store opens?

She starts to appear when you have spent 70K at T.I.Y
Then she'll stay put all day until you pass her fashion check.

And once her store opens she's inside her store all day.
