I got Shirt (Mummy), Shoes (Steel-Toed Boots) and Hat + Accessory (Majora's Mask) - At least I think that last one counts as both. Else I have a Gas Mask that should count as Accessory if you can find another hat. No pants though.

EDIT: Oh, and no socks either!
