I'm at my first fashion check, but I don't have the clothing for it and I can't even seem to buy them off other people here, so I was just wondering if Gracie's appearance is like Redd's and Katrina's? As in, if I TT to tomorrow and TT back, will she still be there or no? If I can, I was thinking I'd just check the Able Sisters' stock for the next few days and come back with the clothes that way.

Nevermind, she's already gone - she was actually here yesterday but I TT'd to stay in the same day, hoping to buy some more time to get clothes. Guess she only stays for 24 hours or something.

TT back to the date Gracie was there, but set the clock to before 6am (5:58 am works) and start the game. You will come out of your house and wait for the time to switch to 6am (you will come out of your house again). Gracie will be at the plaza with a new theme. Pass that one and you can keep doing this same thing (same date, before 6 am) to pass all 4 checks in "one day". Good Luck.
