Hey, I have met the money target for Tiy so I can get T&T emporuim. However, I haven't seen Gracie anywhere? Can someone explain how it works please? Is it normal for her to not come? Confused >.<

It's completely random when she comes.
Kinda like Redd and Katrina.

She appears completely randomly, it can be quite a long time between visits so you just have to wait and hope she turns up! Also, you have to have T.I.Y. open for at least 30 days as well before you can upgrade!

Yes, I have had it open for 30 days, I played on and out for two months when I just got TIY. Thanks for your help guys

to get her fast you could time traval behinds 1 day then go forward again then you can get it done
