Good villagers to try and reset for?

I recently got a second copy of AC: NL and I wanted to try and get some good villagers, maybe start a cycling town with my new copy.

I was thinking of trying to get Muffy or Chrissy, but I'm not too sure on who I want to try and get.
Any suggestions?

Mainly all the tier 1 villagers If I was resetting, I'd reset for Lolly, Merengue etc. But I'd mostly say my dreamies So I'd say reset for your dreamies

Make your dreamies a priority, but yes, it also doesn't hurt to reset for tier one villagers. They are great trade fodder if they're not your dreamies. In fact, you're guaranteed a trade for a villager you like if you put up a tier one villager for trade... > w>;
