If I remember correctly, you cannot "trade" the good-luck charm. I think it was one of those items you need to earn yourself by completing all the levels in the Desert Island Escape

You can put it on the ground, so I guess it's tradable, fyi. Though, I'd agree earning yourself must give you more excitement when you have it, ahaha.
