I just absolutely love gyroids, but it's hard to find a good place to put them in a themed room. I once saw a dream town where someone had K.K. Jongara playing in their main room with Timpanoids (or was it Rythmoids?) that went "bum" to the beat of the music perfectly. It was super cool and it really "made" that room.

Does anyone have any suggestions for gyroids like that (not necessarily with music)?

I don't know, but I have a ton of extras (about 50) that I want to give away to someone who wants them. Let me know if you want them or are looking for any specific ones.

Sweet, thanks! If I get some ideas from here or I think of any, I'll definitely hit you up.

I have a ghost pirate themed room, and while I don't know which gyriod I used, it makes a sound that adds a creepy effect to the room. I usually don't use them, but I decided to try it by chance and it worked. Most of the time I can't be bothered to collect them all and figure out which one makes what sound. Usually I just sell them.

Bumping this to get more ideas! I've collected even more gyroids since I posted this~

In Wild World I used a really light sounding gyroid and mixed it with a heavier one so the sounds bounced off each other. :D

I visited a dream town where they used the gyroids that sound like frogs (don't know the name, sorry) in one of their rooms as ambiance. I used to have a room with percoloids in it with the modern wood set because they sound like they're knocking on wood. Sproids would probably sound good in a room with the egg set.

EDIT: Croakoids. They were called croakoids, duh.

Oh haha that kk jongara one might've been my room lol I have a room that's supposed to look like a stage play with the gyroids playing drums:

I also use the brewstoids as bartenders/receptionists :)

gyroids make good stand-ins for mannequins and other "characters" in a themed room, which is what i would focus on rather than the sound. (so do teddy bears but that's beside the point) like you could put a couple of warbloids around a table with tea on it for a "tea party"

edit: also if anyone uses this idea please send me a pic i bet it'd be cute
