Suggestions?

I really enjoy Archeage, it's a sandbox type mmo that I find is loads of fun even in earlier levels, there are technically 130 or so different classes to choose from, and you can reset your class at any time for a small amount of in game currency. The quests and storyline sometimes lack depth but the gameplay is still good (plus you get to fly around everywhere on a glider which is pretty cool).

I played SWToR a bit as well but it does get a bit boring sometimes, if you think having a friend to play with would be nice, we could maybe quest together.

TERA
Aion
Path of Exile (very Diablo-esque)
Dragon's Next
Ragnarok Online
Ragnarok Online 2

Looks like I will never be able to log in again, apparently. It's asking for a one-time password which I am not receiving and apparently some people never receive it.

When do you have to enter the password? I just tried logging into Archeage and I didn't have to enter anything. (Unless it makes a difference if you're F2P or a Patron?)

I will probably get a lot of crud for saying so, but I personally enjoy Runescape :p

PWI and TERA are the only ones that I really enjoy (And don't make me want to quit).

I was talking about SWToR, not Archeage.

To be honest my only issue with Runescape is that it takes too long to level up skills. It just isn't realistic once you get to the 90's.

Lord of the Rings Online is pretty fun, but it's only free up to about 33% of the game, at that point you either have to grind kill enemies and other tasks to earn Turbine Points to unlock additional quest packs, or you have to pay money to either subscribe or unlock the regions.

Another one to try which I personally love(and I have an awful lot of premium games) is Planetside 2. It's a MMOFPS rather than MMORPG, but if you fancy trying something different it's worth giving a go. It's not pay to win at all, and you can unlock the majority of things through points you earn through gameplay.

I have to agree with you completely, also we should play Planetside 2 sometime, haha.

Yeah sure. I've been considering starting a thread for PS2 for a while. There's one I found on search, but it's more than a year old and it never really took off. Would be nice having a regular group of people to play with besides my brother.

TERA!!!! I started playing it last week and i'm already addicted. ;--;

It's not as well known as most, but I found a lot of enjoyment in Rusty Hearts.
It's pretty much WoW + DMC in a way.

I used to play one called FlyFF some years ago and that was pretty good, as well as adorably cute!

The last F2P MMOs I played properly though were Aion and Perfect World.
I used to play them alongside World of Warcraft when Warcraft servers were down for maintenance, or I didn't have much to do in the game on particular days.

Whether you would class Guild Wars 2 as F2P is debatable. It's a one off payment for the game but it's free to play from then onwards and I quite enjoyed that.

I've long since stopped playing MMOs though. I prefer the benefits of subscription based ones yet I just don't have the time anymore to spend all night grinding out levels, grinding cash and grinding awesome gear. I also found it very hard to commit to Raid guilds, groups and such due to my jobs generally having irregular shift patterns, which meant I was missing out on the content I wanted to see...
