Golden Watering Can

So I know I have to have my town be perfect for 15 days to get the Golden Watering Can. Do I have to talk to Isabelle every day? I have been and haven't gotten it yet. I feel like it's been at least 15 days but I don't know what day I actually started.

My issue is that she hosts things in the plaza and I can't ask her about it. Does that mean my 15 days reset? Do I need to wait until I know she won't be doing anything for 15 days? Or does it not matter if I talk to her?

Your 15 day counter will not reset during events when she's in the plaza, however, it's important to visit Isabelle daily just so you know for sure that your town still has perfect status ^^.

How do you get the normal watering can? I really want to water flowers only 3 days in game! trying to get my 100% citizen permit!

If you keep talking to Isabelle she will give you advice on how to live in your town. Follow all of her tips, bring her a seashell, and eventually she has no more tips - she will give you a regular watering can!

Keep talking to her. She has a list of things for you to do. You have to do each of them before she tells you what to do next. One of them is ask you to bring a shell to her. Eventually she will run out of things for you to do and she will give you the watering can!!!
