yeah you can get more then 1, but it takes a long time (for me anyways)

I have a fountain already and serena is a BIG JERK. When you tell the truth she will say I will give you a gold axe for being truthful then she says just kidding and keeps your axe or tells you I am out of gold and silver axes and just gives you your old one.
