Can a golden shovel still produce ores?
How much bells should I bury to be sure a tree grows? I just need the trees, not the cash.

Only the silver shovel has a chance to get ores from the money rock (which stinks).

No matter how much money you bury, a tree will always grow (unless it is too close to buildings, houses, other trees, etc).

99k bells will have a 50% of growing money on it (iirc).

And only the silver shovel will have the chance to give ores from the money rock.
