Here is a way to get golden shoes.

Kappa suit + kappa cap + cucumber pack / by style = yellow / gold shoes, pink laces [girl] buckles / straps with blue socks [boy]

You should wear all yellow like for example: yellow shirt, yellow hair, and possibly yellow hat or accsories.
