I'm aware you plants bells in it to grow a bell tree. Are we sure that is it's only function? After I dug up my bells and the shovel broke, I had the idea to plant a fruit. I can't try that until tomorrow.

I haven't bother to try it, but it might serve as more function. it worth a shot but I need money so I just plant bells.

I bet someone has already tried that thinking it may be the way to get perfect fruit in ACNH, but what do you have to lose other than the 20k you would get from the money tree?

I did plant fruit in the glowing spot to try it out, just in case. It did nothing. It looks like it is for money trees only.
