Glitches?

Can somebody help me with glitches?
I really want to know how to do the hh showcase glitch, and getting on top of the waterfall!

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I actually wasn't even aware there was an HH Showcase glitch. The rest are on the wiki, I'm pretty sure, though, under the glitches section.
