so while terraforming, i got a glitched square of land that i was able to place a dirt path on prior and put a villager's house on top of. i noticed after placing the house, that the dirt path still showed--which usually goes away when you put something like a house on it. i moved the house somewhere else to try and remove the path since it irked me, but the path was still there and i can't make it into grass again, it just stays as a dirt path. this is such a small thing but it still bothers me... does anyone know a fix?

yeah i tried to overwrite it with another path but it didn't work. no rivers/cliffs!

notice how they're straight-edged squares compared to the roundish-ones of paths.
Wow. Can't be overwritten and terraformed... Haven't encountered this. The only similar dead block I've heard are regarding the hacked star fragment trees.
Can you place a custom path on it? If you haven't attempted yet, you might want to try just a single dot pixel just in case. Everything else transparent.
Also, have you tried moving a house on top of it again? Not the old location. Maybe shift it a block or two to the side.

oh i just managed to fix it! i put a custom path that went on top just fine, removed it and put a dirt path again. managed to erase it! thanks for the advice!
