Glitch regarding Nook Miles items?

So recently I’ve been having some problems with redeeming the items with my Nook Miles. I recently bought a drink machine and it said it was supposed to come the next day, however it never arrived. Also I bought a few nook miles tickets yesterday that were in my inventory, however when I started it up this morning the tickets were no where to be found. It might be a side effect of TT, since I’ve been doing a bit to progress faster. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

edit:Also Tailors tickets apparently don’t work? I tried to use them on some clothes and it kept charging me bells even when I wanted to use the tickets. The tickets are still in my inventory as well.​

A new patch released yesterday and this patch seems to have broken a lot of different things. This was probably one of the things that broke with the latest 'fix'
