Tips would be appreciated, of course, but other than that... yea, he's free.
Just a couple rules, though:
1) Do NOT pick anything up. I know, my town's a mess. I'm planning on restarting relatively soon (as soon as I get the amiibo cards of my dreamies (which SHOULD be by the end of the year.
2) Please stay in my eyesight. This is an extension of rule 1, really.
