Nah, I only cycle one town so only one in boxes at a time. I mean, Cole is about to be in boxes in my main town, but he's T5 and i got him from someone else's void so i figured no one would want him >__<

You can def lurk for Marshal. As far as others though you caaaan but i'm going to stop cycling here soon so it probably won't matter much either way. I plan on cycling out the popular ones and then stopping.
