FINALLY; after a long time of trying to get her out, one of my other villagers alerted me that she's leaving.
Anyway, does anyone want her? All I really want is any random, preferably not snooty or peppy, villager; I'm trying to cycle for one of my old villagers, and I still need a few more. But, if no one replies with a villager they want to get rid of, I'll be fine with letting her go for free.
