I wanted to do a big valentine's giveaway to spread some love ! THERE WILL BE 2 BIG WINNERS and 2 RUNNER UPS (4 winners in all)

Worst thing that happened to me was, I went to the movies, got thrown up on and then ditched as he drove home and forgot about me. :)

My worst Valentine's experience was in 4th grade. Our class did Valentine boxes, but I had a fruit by the foot valentine for my crush, and I put it in their locker anonymously. Later that day I saw him eating it, and then at recess he called me ugly and started "dating" my friend. It's funny in hindsight now but at the time I was devastated.
 
My best Valentines story was about 6 years ago. Over Valentine's Day weekend I had to take a trip downstate (about 6 hours) to visit my grandmother who was in the hospital (she was always in the hospital, it wasn't really too serious). My relationship at the time was still pretty new, just a few months old but we were completely smitten. He had to work that weekend so couldn't make the trip with me. Long story short, on his last day before his weekend he drove all the way down there to surprise me Valentine's Day morning. :) And he got to meet my family for the first time.

He's my husband now!

Can I share my worst Valentine's Day story too? Even if it doesn't count, I still want to share.

It was 7th grade, with my very first "real" boyfriend. I didn't know what to get him, if I should get him anything. So my mom buys me a chocolate orange to give to him the next day at school, I thought it'd be good enough! Not at all. He showed up with a bouquet of roses, a sweet card and chocolate. I was totally overwhelmed by what I received and embarrassed by my "gift", so instead of giving it to him and letting everyone know I'm a terrible gift giver I kept it in my locker all day and ate it on the bus home :(. Now I realize that it probably seemed to him and everyone else that I just didn't think of him at all!

For my fourth grade Valentine's day I had written a letter to my crush telling him that I thought he was cute. I anonymously slipped it in his locker thinking that he wouldn't know who wrote it for him and it would be my little secret. Turns out, the guy recognized my handwriting immediately and he told me he knew I had given it to him. I was mortified and didn't speak a word to him for the rest of the month.
 
Well i guess my best Valentine's experience would be in my 7th grade year when I got a candy gram and rose from someone! It was anonymous, and I first thought it was my sister, but when she said it wasn't her, I was pretty confused as to who would give one to me. But I mean it was a white rose (they say red ones mean love and white ones mean friendship) so it just made my day, but I never actually found out who it was XD

In 10th graded there was this guy I really liked and we had been talking since first semester of ninth grade. 7 hour phone calls when I had cell access, facebook messages that were really long. We had a lot in common and I really liked him. So on Valentine's Day since we had admitted to liking each other and he said he'd be coming to the school just for V-Day (he graduated early, halfway through the year) I thought he meant for me. My friends were in different groups spread out over the quad so when someone came to tell me he was there, I started walking to the other side. Naturally people stopped their conversations to say hi, and I waved and walked by, and when I was almost to him I saw him walking to some girl that none of us (his friends) knew except his best friend who hated me. With flowers. And chocolates. As I was walking up with my valentine for him. I swear everything was in slow motion and I about cried, I walked away to sit under the shaded tree where people didn't really pay attention. One of his friends came and sat with me and talked, apologizing for him. I was so embarrassed that I've hated Valentine's day since.
