Getting T&T Emporium

I am having trouble getting the Emporium. I have spent over 100k at T I Y and it has been 30 days and i have still not seen grace in my town. What happened. I have been tting day by day to try to upgrade it!

Does it have anything to do with your hha score ether?

HHA has nothing to do with it. You need to pass Gracie's fashion check 4 times and have had T.I.Y. for a length of at least a month before the upgrade.

It has been over a month and I have yet to even see grace for a fashion check. thats why I am confused...

But when she does so up, just do her fashion check, TT away from that day, and TT to the same day she showed up. That's the only way. I got lucky with my first town, she came once a week but with another town she came once last month and finally showed up again today. As long as you spent 100k and have the TIY and satisfied the time requirement the shop will open, when she shows up is all random.
