Getting back into the game?

I really want to get back into the game because the next few months are my favourite in game with holidays and how the town looks, but I just can't get back into it!

I restarted my town yesterday thinking that would help, I got a map I really really like and my number one dreamie, molly, welcomed me off the train. But then this morning, I just can't be bothered to go on it.

Have you heard about the upcoming game update? Maybe that'll make you interested again

I agree that the update will be something for you to look forward to, new villagers are supposed to be included and new furniture. Will be interesting to see what else they do
Maybe you could set yourself some goals? Obtaining dream villagers? I found that a really fun part of the game. Then I focused on my museum and getting that finished, now it's my catalogue and badges. There's an animal crossing app you can download to keep track of your progress. Maybe look at some themes to focus on, go on the retail section and buy landscaping things to help get you started, unlock pwps...
