You ever have a temporary villager that just really grows on you? To the point where you either decide not to let them go, or you miss them once their gone?

I have a few myself, but I thought this would make for an interesting conversation starter.

Off the top of my head I can say that I miss both Skye and Freya. I kept Skye around for a bit, because she was cute, but then I began collecting dreamies and let her go. I felt worse than I thought afterwards, and ended up keeping her time capsule in my inventory for irl months before finally deleting it. I had Freya around, because I was cycling at the time, and I was using her snooty personality in order to hear about any rumors of villagers moving out. Before I knew it, Freya was also in boxes, and a part of me was rather sad. She's on main street now, and I'd love for her to always be on my main street so I can always say hi to her :)

I needed a normal villager in my town so I could get some PWPs, and Lolly just so happened to be in my campsite. I took her in with the intention of selling her once I was able to find Skye on here. But as time passed by I grew really close to Lolly and her cute self I just couldn't let her go cx

That happened to me with Joey, when he moved into my wild world town I was like "ew, i'm moving you out asap I can't believe I have you again as one of my move ins" and then when I started talking to him and got to know him a little bit, and watched his interactions with other villagers - like his conversations with other villagers, they were really funny. I really started to see how awesome he really is and enjoyed listening in on his conversations. When the time came and I found him in boxes, I really didn't want him to go. So I convinced him to stay. It's funny to think how you can go from hating a villager to loving them. Eventually when I took a break from my wild world town, he moved out before I could stop him. Luckily I got him from the void in my other town and he lives there now. I'm not sure if he still does as of now though.

Well its not that I missed them exactly but it was fun when I had them and I still do miss them but I'm happy I met them
Which are
Opal, Lobo, Winnie, apple and blaire

Tank, Pecan and even Ricky. It's not like I miss them but as soon as I saw them as my starting villagers I thought "Okay, I'll get rid of them for others", but when it was the time for them to move it was kind of hard, to be honest. I'm just happy I had them, but there were others I liked most.

Cheri was a filler until I got Tammy but now I am probably letting Bluebear go over her. I really like her.

Rod. ): I only had him for jock pwp's, once I got them all I finally was able to get Chester. Having Rod for the time was great, his conversations with other villagers and the letters he sent me, so I definitely miss him. </3

Carmen was kinda like that for me too. I do miss her.

Mine are Pippy, Cranston, and Eunice. I miss Pippy so much I'm letting Merengue go and she's moving in ASAP. Cranston and Eunice are going to be in my third town since I miss them.

For me its Eugene. I was cycling through villagers when I first made my town and Eugene moved in. I didn't like him at first but I got really attached to him and now I can't imagine my town without him. <3

Aw, I love Rod! I used to be obsessed with him i'm not even lying I shipped him and my mayor so hard I might have him back in town someday, I remember spamming his interactions so badly, that he'd always run out of stuff to say. I think if I ever decide to let Genji go, I probably will have Rod back in town.

Lionel is mine. He actually was a voided character that took the tenth spot in my village at the time, I was not expecting him at ALL.
But recently I watched FMA: Brotherhood and for the love of all that's cute and fuzzy, that lion looks a LOT like Armstrong, who I had grown very fond of from watching that series. ._. Yeah, I just can't help but kinda love him now. ^^; Though the bonus is he did pick a very nice spot to put down his house and I was encouraged to work on that area of the village to make it look nice. :D So he's gonna be staying. I have nicknamed him "Lionstrong".

Muffy. I thought she was the most hideous cr̶e̶a̶t̶u̶r̶e̶ sheep I have ever seen. I somehow grew onto her through time, probably one of my favourites.

When Moose first moved into my town (against my will) I couldn't wait to get rid of him. His eyes, those sideburns, combine that with the fact that I don't really like the mouse villagers very much, that I already had 2 jock villagers in my town and that his house was kinda wedged awkwardly between two other houses meant he wasn't going to stay. But I have to admit I was really sad when he said he wanted to move, I still let him but more because I didn't have room for him instead of because I didn't like him. I'm also facing this dilemma with Gigi, I initially let her into my town for PWP but I've grown attached to her and I don't know if I'll her leave if she offers.

Pretty much every villager I had so far, haha. I love every single one of them to the point where I'd feel devastated if one moved out without warning, whether they're a dreamie or not.

Big Top and Antonio. They are two of the original villagers in my current town. I hated every single villager the game gave me, and I've been working hard to get rid of them. But Big Top and Antonio have somehow become good friends of mine. I'll probably still get rid of Big Top, since he doesn't fit the look of my town, but Antonio may stay. For a while, at least. His house is in a bad spot.
