I just went on a Gold Rose spree in my main town Noveon, and I noticed something. If I watered almost every flower I had aside from my black roses, then TTed to the next day, I'd only have a few wilted black roses. But on days that I didn't water any flowers (for example if it rained the previous day so no flowers were wilted at all), and then I TTed to the next day, I would have a TON of wilted black roses (as well as a ton of other wilted flowers, obviously, since I didn't water any of them)

So I'm wondering, is this just a coincidence? Or does the number of flowers you water each day somehow decrease the percentage of wilted flowers you'll have the next day? I'm about to go on another Gold Rose spree in Luneta, but I can't decide if I should water ALL my flowers except black roses before I TT, or if I should only water as sparingly as possible to increase the percent of wilted flowers.

((Why is gardening to complicated ))

I have wanted to test this theory! But I have never had enough black roses to do so.

I have been curious about this, as I have seen similar results.

Ooh I love experiments!!! :)

I have a ton of black roses ready to become gold roses in Luneta, so it looks like I'll be the one doing the experiment! It just rained yesterday so no flowers are wilted today. I'll count how many roses wilt once I TT.

Update: I TTed forward one day, and 7/30 of my black roses wilted. Now I'm going to water every flower in town except my black roses, and see how many remaining black roses wilt when I TT forward one day.

Ok, TTed forward one day and this time 5/24 black roses wilted. So I guess it doesn't matter whether or not you water all your other flowers or not...the percentage of wilted flowers will still be the same? Kinda confusing but I think I get it...
