I have a feeling I know the answer to this but thought I would ask anyway. Not long ago I moved Bangle out so I could get a second uchi villager to move in (to try for some Zen PWP requests) I am experiencing great remorse now. Bangle was the villager who came and brought me to Bam's house for my birthday party. HOW COULD I LET HER GO?!! So if I move her back in with her amiibo card after I get the requests I am hoping for, I am assuming she will not know me and we start from scratch? (sniff sniff)

Yeah..she won't remember you because she isn't the exact same Bangle that you had before.

She won't remember you. I did the same thing with Fauna. I moved her out so I could put a house in her spot. When I moved her back in via amiibo card, she said something like, "I don't think I've been here before but it feels oddly familiar." It hurt my heart 
I just put the story that she went somewhere, got into an accident and got amnesia, and by fate, she was drawn back to my town, just without any memory of it. So sad But if you add a back story like I did, you could pretend it was the same Bangle!

I was hoping that there might be a chance they would remember since when you come across villagers in Dream towns that also live in your town they seem to know who you are. Oh well...I am going to adopt your back story Arize and that will make me feel better.
