Genshin Impact?

Has anyone here tried playing Genshin Impact? I am thinking about downloading it but am unsure.

If you have played it, what do you think about it? Is it very "grindy"? Do you need to spend real money to advance in the game? Is it fun just playing for free? Is it better on PC, PlayStation, or mobile?

i played it for about three months and it's really fun as long as you don't get too wrapped up in the gatcha elements. you don't technically /need/ to spend real money on it but i know a lot of people do. i played it on ps4 but i've heard it's best on pc
