Garden Ideas?

I am planning on making a garden in my town, and I need some ideas. I have an area that is around 11 by 12. All ideas are appreciated!

I recommend putting hybrids combos diagonally so hybrids can fill the spaces.

If your space is that big I recommend you place some very small PWP in your design to prevent future villagers from crushing your garden!!

Which flowers, plants, and pwps should I put in? I'm thinking of using perfect pear trees and special stumps as aesthetics, but that's all I've come up with. What bushes and flowers woul you suggest, and how can I maximize space?

do you have any rocks in the space? that will help block houses. houses can be built 2 spaces away from rocks or PWP -- but they need 7 spaces in between two of them. So you could do just 4 spaced out maybe? And as far as what to do -- that would depend on what's on your list that's only 1x1. The water fountain could be cute, maybe streetlamps or an illuminated piece?

Flower arches! I think they're pretty much perfect for garden areas. I've got two that are closing off my modest little hybrid garden, along with some bushes.
And maybe a scarecrow? That would fit the theme, and I just found out today they they look pretty cool. Maybe it's the Wizard of Oz-effect.

Bushes only bloom during certain times of the year. like Hibiscus during summer Azela's during Spring and Holly during winter. I wouldn't want too many bushes. Just a thought.

When it was suggested to me, I wasn't too keen on the idea either. A scarecrow, really? But then I went to see what it looked like, and I actually really liked it. I'll definitely put it somewhere.

I would also suggest visiting some dream towns to see what others have done and maybe combine some of the ideas that you take from their towns.

I always like it when people build a flower clock and surround it with matching colored pansies, like red white and yellow! just a suggestion...

Maybe you can put a PWP in the middle, and make a heart design with pink roses surrounded by other colored roses and make the border/corners bushes? xD

i have a little garden area that's closed off by bushes !! (theres a small opening)
i plan to put a bench there and surround it with flowers and trees

anyway you could put a really nice public work project there maybe?? or make a heart with roses, but i dont think you would like to do that. you should visit dream towns for ideas!

That is a good sized area. Perhaps you could put in a fountain surrounded by flowers and a bench and a couple of stumps for sitting on.
