From the guy that brought you Animal Crossing Mario Party! Here is a brand new game that is in development. I'm working on this one with a friend, and this game will be taking place in his town. (Dinocity)
This is a new type of game, and it's sure to be a lot of fun. It's got a much more serious and creepy vibe compared to my Mario Party game.
Number of players: 2
Only 2 people can play at a time. The other 2 people will be my and my friend Eric. We will be playing characters.
So what is the game you ask? Well...
There have been numerous murders going on recently in Dinocity, and no one knows why or who is doing it. There have been many murders, but for most of them there were no bodies found. This mystery focuses on the murder of foreign villager "Jennifer". She was murdered last night at 1:00 am. At that time Officer Eric spotted the victim and the target, but he got away. He didn't see his face. The death was bloody, but there was no weapon left at the scene.
The description of the murder will be posted on the bulletin board, along with other information that is revealed during the game.
The characters are:
The victim (Jennifer) - An average girl. Age: 18. She is not from this town. Nothing else is known about her.
Police officer Eric - Hard working Police officer of Dinocity. He has been for many years. He
wants nothing more than to solve this crime and put the murderer behind bars. He lives at the police station.
The Priest (John) - Priest at the local church. He has been the priest in town for many years. He lives
alone at the church. He is a bit of a coward when it comes to these murders, and doesn't feel safe. He
wants the murderer arrested as soon as possible.
The 2 players will be the investigators (that's you!)- Having no where else to turn, Officer Eric has requested your help. As the investigators, you will have to solve this mystery using what you can find around town and deduct from the information given to you.
-One of your biggest strengths will be to ask questions. This is a role playing game, and we will never break character. If you ask something, we will give you an answer in character. Try not to be fooled though, whoever the murderer is, they will try to lead you in the wrong direction. But ask the right questions, and you may solve this case before you know it. You must both cooperate and solve this crime together! When asking anything or talking at all, always do it in character!
When the investigators arrive in Dinocity, The priest and Officer Eric will greet you. They will take you to the crime scene, and tell you everything they know about the crime. You will have to investigate the crime scene, and search the town for clues. Any time you find a clue, or something you think is a clue, it is encouraged that you report it to the police station. Officer Eric will be there most of the time, and all clues you bring to him will be displayed in the police station. You are also encouraged to ask if anyone knows anything about the clues you find, possibly giving you a lead.
The entire town will be planned out. Clues will be there for you to find, if you've got the wits!
The limit for the game is 1 hour. If the murder is not solved in that time, you both lose! (We will take disconnections and other inconveniences into account, the timer will stop during things like that).
If you solve the crime, naturally you will both receive a prize. It will most likely be bells.
We are broke! We want to play this with you as soon as possible, but it is going to take time to set up! We need to turn the houses in his town into a church, a police station, and other things that will be a surprise. We don't have the bells we need to do this, let alone bells for a prize. We would really appreciate any one who is willing to donate, even the smallest amount of bells. Of course it's not mandatory, but it would speed up the process and make this happen. I am also having trouble funding my Mario Party game, so with that and this it is kind of t We will both be making bells in game by fishing, fruit, bugs, turnips, etc, but it would really help if you guys donated
