I've realised that I do not have much time to maintain a town in animal crossing so I have decided to make a cycling thread! However there are some rules.
*Lurking Form is at the bottom
RULES

❤ Lurkers are welcome but only 2 villagers per lurk!and must fill out the lurking form at the bottom
❤ Reservations are allowed to be made and will have bigger priority over lurkers [cost 1tbt]
❤ If a reservation or a lurk is made i will hold the villager up to an hour or possibly longer
❤ If you don't reply within an hour the villager will go to the next person
❤ If I feel like a tier one is high in demand I will auction them!
❤ I will contact reservations/lurkers through PM and visitor message
❤ Before you enter the villagers house you must send over the tbt (but this rule only applies to if your buying the villager in question as some villagers are free)
❤ Please only reserve/lurk for villagers if they're your dreamie! I may ask for proof
❤ You can only reserve villagers that I have in my town
❤ If you want to reserve a villager, post on the thread saying who you want to reserve and then send the tbt once i've replied to you.

TIER PRICES

❤ Tier 1 - will be auctioned depending on demand. If not 100tbt
❤ Tier 2 - 75tbt
❤ Tier 3 - 50tbt
❤ Tier 4 - 5tbt
❤ Tier 5 - Free
RESERVATIONS IS 1TBT and Tier 5 is auto void unless asked otherwise

*If no one is interested in the villager that is moving they will be voided in 30mins - 1hour also if you don't have room in your town for the villager I may make an exception and extend the time

FRANCINE IS IN BOXES - i will hold her for 30 mins and she cost 75tbt considering that she is tier 2

also, is there any way we can extend the 30-minutes-or-void rule if we're reserving villagers? you live in the UK and i live in the US, so there's bound to be some missed communication, especially since i go to school. do i pay more TBT?

No you don't pay anymore tbt only the reservation also yeah I can extend the time and I'll probably change the 30minute rule to a bit longer aswell.if he ends up in boxes I will gladly hold him for you until you can get him :)
