RULES:
- It's first come first serve but there are requirements. First off, you MUST have dreamie proof! I want him to go to someone who actually wants him.
- You must also have either a Wi-Fi Rating of at least 5 OR have been a member on here for at least 1 month. I'd rather give him to someone that has had some experience on here.
- You must read the rules on the thread's front page. I'll know if you've read them and your request will be ignored!
- You must not sell/auction him once I give him to you! (I will know about it) I don't think it's fair that I chose to give him away for free just so you can make a profit. (Which is what I could have done but chose not to).
- You must have room in your town (9 villagers). I will not be holding him for anyone, even if you're the first to comment.
- Also, Wi-Fi rating would be greatly appreciated :3
I think that's about it. I will give him to the first person that has read the rules, met the requirements and can pick him up right away.

Rayquaza ... this sounds so backwards, but can you hold Pekoe for me ...? I'm trying to contact the several people who wanted her, but no one seems to be around and I'd hate to void her. I just need space to pick up a villager for a friend 
(BTW, like Blaire, you can do anything you want with her)
