Here is how long she has been here and how much TT I have done to get rid of her. Lionel, Rory, Pecan, Chester, Tia, and Tammi all moved in after her. All of them (except Rory since he's the 10th), have each pinged me at least 3 times each .

Bree has been here since I had the Nookling Junction.....it is now T.I.Y. and Gracie has started to appear in the plaza. Yes.

I have had to do that much TTing and she has yet to ping me ONCE.

It means she's an anchor, Henry was like that for me. I guessing this is your main town. Have you tried befriending her like talking to her everyday, than going to one of your other villagers and seeing what rumors they are spreading?

yeah, you could be kind of confusing the system a bit with all your going back-and-forth with befriending her, then being mean, then befriending again. I would just stick with one thing.

I have been trying the befriending one. It is really annoying. Also, I am just TTing back and forth between Monday and Friday of this week. That way I will get pings for sure, since there will not be that whole 'week without talking to them' thing.

Yes you can but the better condition your town is in the harder that is to accomplish. I have a perfect town so no one wants to move, whereas people are more likely to leave my cycling town because its in horrible condition. So that also plays in the tenth villager thing, also villagers try to move when there are multiple villagers with the same personality. And sometimes villagers don't want to move, like all of my friends villagers have asked to leave other than the ones she really would like to leave and they are villagers of double or triple personalities in the town, so sometimes it can be random as well.

I feel you , but once a villager leaves in my town to a loving home , i automatically shop for a new villager . i cannot get a villager from a void or a street pass , it pisses me off xD

Gah, I hate Bree. Sorry to hear that. :/ Some villagers just never seem to want to move. My sister has had Marshall in her town for over a year, and he's never once asked to leave...

I was so careful about visits so I wouldn't get a 10th villager moving in without warning and it still happened orz apparently villagers can hitch-hike into your town not only through the person you're visiting but also if another person visits that same town and has had a recent move-out. Lesson learned.

You need to calm down, the point of animal crossing is to be a relaxing game c:

Befriend her, the sooner and better the friendship the more likely to move out. I also noticed certain personalities will ask to move sooner and more often.

Like Drake (Lazy) has asked more than Coach (Jock) , who I want out. I have the same level of friendship (Drake a tad bit higher.)

Bree ran up and started talking to Chester who was right next to me and she shoved Tia out of the way, and the game thought I wanted to hear their convo.

Stick with one method, and I've moved villagers out the quickest by talking to them once and then just ignoring them.

It's not that bad, at least she's better looking than some other villagers I've had and didn't want. just calm down and keep befriending her, don't change tactics in the middle, it usually makes it harder for you to get them out. Then again though it is all random, whether they move out or not.
I do have a semi working solution though. Everyday right after you start up the game, try and get her to be the one you see first. Or at least second since sometimes the first villager you see right off the bat won't ping, but the second will. This method seems to be the bane of my existence since Benjamin and Bianca are so close to my house, I see them everyday right after i finish the start up sequence, and they ping the most to move. So sad
