Ok ive collected my research and it seems that its from a japanese event called starcrossed day and is avaliable only in japan.....
Ive seen common threads sell it for around the 7/11 item price which is around 3-5mil :O

That's super expensive... I've seen in the TBT Marketplace that people sell it for the same price as any other unorderable :/
You'd want 3 million or more for it?
