Funny anime recommendations?

I'm looking for a funny anime to watch as I'm not really into the overly romantic or serious violent stuff. Although comedic violence is okay (ex. Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan)
What would you recommend?
I am also not a huge anime fan so I'm open to other cartoons as well.
The last one I watched was "Polar Bear's Caf?".

Not a genre I really watch. Oruchuban Ebichu makes me laugh but it's pretty perverted. Shin-chan amuses me but it's super silly with toilet humor etc.

Sgt Frog/Keroro Gunso is one of my favorite comedic animes, also has a little bit of heartwarming moments in it too.
