fuller house

The original was terrible and I'm sure this one will be as well. Maybe even worse.

First off, this is the point.

Secondly, I've watched the first two episodes so far. Really enjoying it. It's exactly as terrible and as cringy as I wanted, and remember Full House to be.

The first episode is really great finale for the original series.

Although, I think DJ and the kids are extremely boring, and sometimes downright unlikable (especially the kids). Stephanie and Kimmy are much more entertaining, though I guess that's the point. DJ is the straight man.

The show is at it's best so far whenever Stamos is on screen, but that was probably obvious from the outset.

Also, Uncle Jessie can make semen jokes, CUZ WE NETFLIX NOW!

I feel like people need to let old shows go. Full House was a classic that didn't need a sequel coughcoughgirlmeetsworldcough.
These shows are considered classics for a reason.

I don't think it will be too good, but I do intend to watch it because I feel obligated as a 90's kid? I don't know. But yeah, for some reason I thought it wasn't going to be coming out for a good while so I was surprised to see it on Netflix this morning.

I seriously don't get why full house is so beloved, it's awful imo.

I guess a lot of people like it because nostalgia maybe?

Basically, if you go back and watch most of the sitcom style shows from the early 90's and 80's they're all awful tbh, the acting is bad, the jokes are bad, everything is just so so bad. (Did I mention the outfits UHG) But it was something that we remember watching all the time, I can't say I ever switched to a channel just to watch Full House, or Fresh Prince of Bel Air, or any of those 90's live action sitcoms, but when they came on, which they did like on Nick@Nite and such I wouldn't turn the channel it was kind of like, "Ok well I guess this isn't worse than what other channels have to offer so I'll keep watching." And because I grew up watching them now I seek them as I am older, like when Fresh Prince is on I am like AW HELL YEAH! And switch it to the channel because I remember it. I am a creature of habit so I go back to what I know. I mean on Netflix I have watch Futurama through and through maybe 12 times already. (Probably more I honestly don't know...)

I caught the first episode before work today and I loved it! It was adorable, cheesy, and funny. My only gripe was that it felt forced sometimes, but overall, I enjoyed it to the fullest. It really is Full House with a new coat of paint, that's forsure. I'm really looking forward to breezing through the remaining episodes in the next couple of days!
