I have the full Patchwork set that I do not need, even though I thought I needed it. I will hold an action for it, please try to offer only TBT but if you are low on TBT I understand.
You can do: "I'll offer 10 TBT and 1mil IGB" but please try not to do {if someone says "I'll offer 10 TBT"} respond with: "I'll offer 1mil IGB"
