4. If a code is exchanged, it comes fresh from Nintendo. I am not responsible at any point if you try and sell the code to make a profit or it is gifted and original purchaser then wants a refund.
5. Do not have friends making offers just to see what the terms are.
6. Make sure your device has the room for the download.
