Full list of seasonal recipes from balloons?

Okay, apparently it’s been a while since playing this game and a lot has been updated since then, but does anyone have a full list of all the seasonal recipes from the balloons? I need to know how many there are in each season so I can get them all.

I use an app someone made called ACNH Pocket Guide. I feel like they did a good job on lists and navigating it. May be something you may want to look into so you don't have to take the time to write a ton of stuff down.
