My museum lacks room and that's why I decided to tear down my "balloon party" room. 
I know that many people don't like the series, but it can be quite useful if you're planning to start the theme challenge by going for the toy shop theme, for example.

Edit: I just decided to make a regular selling thread out of this and wait for offers.
