Fuchsia wants to move but she won't talk to me

My villagers keep saying "Fuchsia is thinking of moving and she's pretty serious about it". No matter how much I try I can't get her to talk to me. I really don't want to lose her, please help.

Then keep talking to her...
If you just pass her, she may ping. That's what Walker did - I had to get info from both Maple and Phoebe he was leaving before he finally pinged.
If you keep talking to her, she might change her mind.

Did someone else ping you recently? If so then wait about 10-15 mins and run in front of Fushia again She has to be the one initiating the convo that way, she won't say anything if you go up to her and talk to her.

If you want her to ping you immediately, save and quit the game, open it up again, and run straight to her while avoiding eye contact with everyone else.
