She doesn't wear her original polka dot shirt, but I don't why she traded it for that striped shirt herself I guess. I never talked to her to try to keep her house original, and when I checked today she had the original wallpaper/floor but I couldn't double check the furniture because of the boxes. (Had no idea she was moving until Isabelle told me when I was logging in.) So she might be worth more 100 percent, but I just picked a nice round number to sell her for that would help my mayor pay off the wind turbine.
