Buying Fruits and ladder, maybe hybrids

Hello! I am in need of all the fruits outside of Cherries and Coconuts. I'm also in need of a ladder. As for the hybrids I only want Hyacinths, I have also been told there are roses in the game and I'd love to buy some of those, normal and/or hybrids.

I can only offer in game bells so I hope thats ok! Please let me know what prices are the most reasonable for you!

EDIT: Scratch the ladder, finally got to the point where I can make it myself.
