Where can i find the frozen floor tiles Diy? Snow boy or Balloons?

They're found in balloons, same with the new frozen fence DIY.

Hate to tell you this but they are in the flying present balloons. Just keep ear open for any wind noise and go to it so that way you can find the floating present.
