I would love to adopt Freya! She would have a great place to stay in my town, and I still play the game every day. Sadly, I don't have Marina (and i'm not sure that others would give you her since she is listed in a higher tier than Freya), but I can offer you bells and flowers. Would 500k bells, 6 red carnations, 1 pink carnation, 1 purple tulip, and 2 purple pansies be fine?
